seven years ago, a close girlfriend was trying hard to explain to us the colour of her newly bought belt. no belt in sight, the rest of us thought hard, trying our best to visualise a ‘blue white-white’ belt. when she wore the belt the next day, blue white-white was, in fact, baby blue!

i should have seen that coming.
gave the darling 2NA a worksheet on imbuhan. and the passage was about some attractions at fort siloso. sekali one question was ‘pancut’. dorang kena tambah imbuhan. and the answer was ‘pancutan’. the phrase given was ‘air pancutan’.
i didnt foresee that coming.
